Our houseboat is docked at our private Charlie's Island (aka Quiet Cove Key) where you can truly get away from it all. This exposed fossilized ancient reef is beautifully landscaped with trails wandering throughout. You can leave your houseboat and wander the paths through the mangrove trees, enjoy fishing from the dock, or snorkeling in the crystal clear waters around the island. We provide a grill and picnic table for your tropical picnic as well as a hammock for the perfect perch to enjoy the tropical breezes off the Gulf waters. In the evening, you can watch the sunset from the island or atop the houseboat.  This is ideal for people who are interested in a rustic, camp like adventure!

Your Florida Keys houseboat and island vacation adventure includes a 38' Holiday Mansion Coastal Cruiser Houseboat which sleeps 5-6 guests.  You also receive free exclusive use of our private island for camping, picnicking, kayaking, snorkeling adventures and so more.'

We are located in Marathon, about 100 miles south of Miami, in the heart of the Florida Keys.  Marathon has a population of approximately 10,000 people and has a commercial airport, hospital, two national chain food stores, numerous restaurants, dive shops, fish charters and many locally owned businesses.

We so enjoyed our trip to Charley’s Island & the house boat.  John & the guys who helped us get set up went way above & beyond what we had expected.  The entire experience was above and beyond anything we could of imagined.  The solitude and privacy was amazing, we were greeted by dolphins in the mornings & evenings almost every day we were there. The Pelican’s were fun to watch, the kayaks were cool, and there was fishing poles & snorkel gear.  If you are a camper this is the place for you, if you are a hotel person than probably not.  The Island Fish company was about a 10 minute boat trip and had amazing food & service.  The Holiday inn express in Marathon is also a very nice place to stay while waiting to board your boat or island.
