If you chose to use a
credit card, your credit card will be charged for the deposit only. The balance, security deposit, Florida tax and
cleaning is collected no later that 30 days prior to your arrival and
any of the above payment methods can be used. There is a 2.5%
charge if Credit Card is used for rental fee, tax and cleaning. No
fee for Security Deposit. |

to confirm availability and reserve your week.

After we confirm that the
week you requested is available, we will ask for your complete contact
information, phone and fax numbers. We will prepare & send a
rental agreement with details and a boat agreement via email, fax or
regular mail to you.

Deposit will be required
to hold your reservation along with your signed boat agreement.
rental fee is due at least 30 days prior to your arrival.
Payments can be made using personal check, cashiers check or
MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express credit cards.

Deposit is usually
returned via mail within 10 days of your departure after our home
manager has inspected the property.
